Original Painting Returns

I want you to be in love with your new painting. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Print Returns

Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.If you wish to return a reproduction print, a restocking fee amounting to 20% of the print cost will be applied. We are more than happy to exchange a print for you, though the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied, as we print to order and try our best to not have prints sitting in stock.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.
