QUALITY
Each print is proudly printed in my studio in Norman, Oklahoma and gets the white glove treatment.
I use Hahnemühle bamboo paper which is the most luxurious and beautiful paper for fine art reproductions. Customers often rave at the quality and tell me it feels like an original.
As the artist, I love being able to see the highest quality product available at an affordable price.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Order
There is a initial order minimum of $200 in product. The reorder minimum is $100.
Sales Tax
The buyer/stockist assumes all responsibilities for collecting, reporting and remitting all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sale of the Wholesaler's products.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the price of the product and will be calculated upon checkout. Free delivery in the Greater Oklahoma City area; just select "studio pickup" at checkout.

Notice of Defects/Returns
The buyer/stockist must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages,quality, or specification within the first five days of the receipt of the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the buyer/stockist to inspect upon receipt that all merchandise delivered matches the order.
Damaged Items
In the event of damaged products, the Buyer/Stockist is to take a picture of the product and email it to Mary Ketch at info@maryjamesketch.com. The Buyer/Stockist is to send the products back to Mary James Ketch Studio and, once the product is received, credit will be issued including any shipping costs incurred as a result of the return. All credit will be applied to future orders, unless otherwise specified.
Returns
Returns are only granted in the event of damaged or defective goods. For any reason returned as "unsuitable" there is a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the buyer/stockist. All credit will be applied to future orders.
